Complementary therapies in Chippenham and Calne
If you're looking for advice, treatment and care that will make you feel better, we can help.
All under one roof
We've brought together many different treatments in our complementary health clinic. Our team of complementary practitioners have their own specific skills, to help you with a wide range of pains, problems and anxieties in a friendly and supportive environment.
Free parking and extended opening hours
Both our practices, in Chippenham and Calne, are warm and welcoming, with free parking - no extra stress trying to find a parking space. We're open Monday to Saturday, and have extended opening on Wednesday evenings, to make it as easy as possible for you to visit when it suits you.
At Chippenham we now have a cycle park, so go green and bring your bike.
Have a look at our complementary therapies and please contact us for more information, or to make an appointment.
We take cash, cheques and debit and credit cards.
The food we eat can have a significant effect on every aspect of our lives. Making adjustments to your nutrition and lifestyle can make a big difference to the way you feel and your health.
If you suffer with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, evidence is showing the relatively new FODMAP diet can significantly improve symptoms in 75% of people. Studies show that reducing weight by 5-10% can cut risks of heart disease, diabetes and stroke and reduce blood pressure and cholesterol.
So whether you want to improve your energy, take control of your weight, improve your performance in sport or have a specific health concern, a consultation with a registered dietitian could benefit you.
Each consultation is tailed to your specific needs, to suite your lifestyle and to help you make achievable changes.
Dietary analysis is also available where your diet is nutritionally analysed, this is useful to check for vitamin or mineral deficiency, carbohydrates and protein intake for sport or for assessing overall energy intake or weight gain or loss.
